Founder and Managing Director, Lo Cheng, started AssetPro because he truly believes that there is a gap in the market for quality Asset Management Services. He brings with him over 20 years of property experience to AssetPro.
In the last 5 and a half years before starting AssetPro, Lo has worked with a large listed property trust with assets worth over $1.85bn under management. Of this total, Lo was directly responsible for the management of $750m worth of property. Some of his key achievements in that role were:

Personally transacted over $300m worth of property (about 30 properties in total) in the last 3 years alone

Managed and lead new leasing initiatives which included a 15 year lease to Fletchers in excess of $700k + GST p.a. of rent, multiple CAPEX re-roofing projects and the development of a new John Andrew Ford dealership over in Wairau Park on Auckland's North Shore
