Office tenancies in New Zealand are typically governed by the Auckland District Law Society (ADLS) Deed of Lease. Commercial management fees in New Zealand are usually charged as a percentage of gross annual rent, typically in the 3–5% range, with a minimum fee (often charged on a time basis) for smaller buildings.
